Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received
and botanicrepublic.com.au is satisfied with the integrity of the order.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the
time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect Botanic Republic
will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full
expense to the customer.
1. Cancellation of Orders
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by BR 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.
If you deem the product to be faulty we will happily replace your good/s or refund your money subject to the following:
+ Please email us at email@example.com advising us of your concerns in relation to the good/s within 48 hours of receiving the good/s.
+ Good/s will NOT be refunded where there has been a change of mind, or after the 48hr period.
+ The good/s need to be returned back to Botanic Republic within 48 hours accepting the goods,
+ Once we have received the good/s and are satisfied with your concerns we will either replace the good/s or issue a refund for the purchase price of the applicable item and the original freight that we charged within 7 days of receiving the returned good/s.
We will always work with you to rectify a problem, so please be kind- We make and deliver all of our blooms with love, however please remember we are also all human!- and we are dealing with fresh product!
Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
Prices of goods and services and delivery and other charges displayed on the botanicrepublic.com.au web-site are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
3. Product Substitution / Availability
Please note that with flower orders, some flowers/products /colour /container/plant and hamper items may be substituted based on availability. If this occurs we will fulfil the order to equal or more value if the selected flowers/products are unavailable.
4.1 Under no circumstances is The www.botanicrepublic.com.au website liable for loss of profits, whether direct or indirect or any indirect or consequential damage whatsoever suffered by you.
4.2 If The www.botanicrepublic.com.au website fails to supply services or goods offered by The www.botanicrepublic.com.au website, The www.botanicrepublic.com.au website's liability is limited to supplying the services or goods again or if The www.botanicrepublic.com.au website does not supply the services or goods again, the payment of the cost of having the goods or services supplied again.

WORKSHOP T + C’s
- workshops are to be paid in full at time of booking, either online, over phone or in store.
- COVID - please sanitise hand on entry to the workshop space.
Respect the space of others and remain the safe 1.5m distance from other students and teachers.
- REFUNDS - refunds will not be given simply from change of mind or you are no longer able to attend the booked date. You are free to pass your booking onto a friend provided BR are made aware 24 prior for Workshop information and COVID procedure.
If BR cancel a workshop for COVID or any other reasons refunds will be given via the original payment form.

Gift baskets and floral arrangements
Businesses selling limited quantities of liquor as part of a floral arrangement or gift basket are exempt where:
- the sale is part of a florist's business or the business of a person selling gift baskets
- the quantity of the liquor is not more than 2L and, if the liquor includes spirits, the quantity of spirits is not more than 1L
- the floral arrangement or gift basket must be delivered as a gift to an adult other than the purchaser of the floral arrangement or gift basket
- the gift is to be delivered to a place other than the business where the sale was made
- the total value of the liquor and the container in which it is supplied is not more than 75% of the gift's sale price
- the liquor was purchased on a retail basis.
