Refund policy

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received
and Botanic Republic is satisfied with the integrity of the order. 
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the
time of ordering. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect Botanic Republic
will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full
expense to the customer.
1. Cancellation of Orders
Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by BR 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.
2. Refunds
As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

If you deem the product to be faulty we will happily replace your good/s or refund your money subject to the following:
+ Please email us at hello@botanicrepublic.com.au advising us of your concerns in relation to the good/s within 48 hours of receiving the good/s.
+ Good/s will NOT be refunded where there has been a change of mind, or after the 48hr period.
+ The good/s need to be returned back to Botanic Republic within 48 hours  accepting the goods, 
+ Once we have received the good/s and are satisfied with your concerns we will either replace the good/s or issue a refund for the purchase price of the applicable item and the original freight that we charged within 7 days of receiving the returned good/s.

We will always work with you to rectify a problem, so please be kind- We make and deliver all of our blooms with love, however please remember we are also all human!- and we are dealing with fresh product!

Note: All refunds for orders placed online or over the telephone are credited back the original credit card on which the order was purchased. Refunds for in-store purchases may be processed through the original credit card for which the order was purchased or by EFTPOS only. A voucher to the same amount paid will be issued for all cash purchases.
